This is a plain look at your first month with us. What we built, the baselines we captured, and the early signals already showing up in your search and AI visibility.
Short version: month one was about building the engine. 724 on-page fixes are live, your site health score went from 60 to 84, and your AI visibility climbed from 6 to 50 out of 100.
You also already rank #1 in Google for several high-intent local searches, like event lighting chicago and event lighting rental chicago. The next stretch is widening that lead to the bigger searches.
Use the tabs at the top:
The whole thing takes about two minutes to read.
We checked these live in Google. These are the high-intent local searches where you already sit at the top. The bigger-volume terms are the climb the monthly work is built for.
| Search | Your spot today |
|---|---|
| event lighting chicago | #1 |
| event lighting rental chicago | #1 |
| wedding lighting chicago | #1 |
| wedding chandeliers chicago | #1 |
| corporate event lighting chicago | #1 |
| event lighting schaumburg | #1 |
| elegant event lighting (your name) | #1 |
Checked live in Google on June 15. You also show up across page one and two for dozens more searches. The biggest-volume terms, like "event lighting rental" on its own, are the next climb.
The hard setup is done. From here, the job is to keep you active and climbing every week. Here is what we do and what you can expect.
This is the honest part, and it matters. Before May 7, your pages had gaps, there was no rank tracking, and there was no baseline to measure against.
Month one fixed those gaps and set the baseline. That work has to be in place first, or movement means nothing. Search engines also crawl and re-rank slowly, over weeks, not days.
So here is the timeline you can trust. Your local map data starts July 1. Your directory listings finish matching around July 22. Real ranking movement on your tracked searches shows across months two and three. That is why honest timelines say 90 days, not 30. Anyone who promises top spots in a few weeks is guessing with your money.
A steady engine that makes you the event lighting name planners and couples find first, on Google and AI.
Somewhere in Chicago, a planner just landed a wedding and started looking for event lighting. The whole game is being the company they find and trust right then, on Google and on AI. Everything above is us making sure that is you.
Every number in this report comes from your own search data and your live tools. Here is where you stand today, so next month we measure against it.
Over the month (May 7 to June 14), Google showed your site about 6,778 times and sent you 122 clicks, at an average spot of 12.5. In the United States your average spot was 9.3, which is the bottom of page one.
One note on timing: Google Search Console data runs two to three days behind, so this window closes around June 12.
Early signs, yes. We compared the two weeks before the fixes went live on May 22 to the three weeks after.
| Measure | Before (May 8 to 21) | After (May 23 to June 12) |
|---|---|---|
| Clicks | 9 | 38 |
| Times you showed up | 115 | 1,076 |
| Average spot | 12 | 9 |
| Searches you appear for | baseline | 407 more |
Honest read: some of this is the fixes being picked up, and some is your busy season starting. We will know how much is durable as more months of data come in.
Your overall AI visibility score is 50 out of 100, up from 6. Here is the breakdown by tool.
| AI tool | Your visibility |
|---|---|
| Copilot | 100 |
| Grok | 100 |
| Gemini | 80 |
| Google AI Mode | 80 |
| ChatGPT | 60 |
| Perplexity | 20 |
AI visibility has many inputs, so we watch the trend over time. Perplexity is the clear room to grow, and the monthly content and authority work is what moves it.
Your site health score is 84 of 100, up from 60. Your domain rating is 22 and your site ranks for about 73 searches in Google's wider index today.
Your link authority is still low, which is normal for a business your size. That is the main thing the monthly authority work builds.
Your profile is verified, now lists 6 categories (up from 1), shows 18 services, and covers service areas across Illinois, Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, and South Bend. Review handling is on.
We turned on daily rank tracking for 54 buyer searches, weighted to high-intent Chicago rental terms. Your baseline is set, and you already rank #1 for several of them (see the What we've done tab). Movement on the rest gets reported every month. A sample of what we track:
| Search we track | Type |
|---|---|
| event lighting rental | Top priority |
| dance floor rental chicago | Core rental |
| wedding chandeliers | Strong product |
| pipe and drape rental chicago | Core rental |
| event rentals chicago | Broad discovery |
| uplighting rental chicago | Service line |
| event production company chicago | Planner side |
| event lighting rental near me | Near me |
Google Search Console: two to three days behind, updated continuously. Local map rankings: first readout July 1, then monthly. Directory listings: finish matching around July 22. Rank tracker: baseline captured this week, refreshed every month. Each tool updates on its own clock, so your report always uses the latest available.
Here is the recap. The foundation is built and live. Your baselines are captured, so every month from here measures real movement against them. Early signals in search and AI are already pointing the right way.
